Omar Hunter to Florida

from a very reliable source.

The wheels are coming off the Weis wagon. Even the koolaid drinkers of NDNation are supporting a Weis termination now.

I have word from a wealthy Notre Dame alumnus that some top people at Notre Dame have been doing some advanced planning to replace Charlie Weis. There was a mood early in the 2007 season that Weis would have 5 years no matter what, but that changed after the last game of the season. Supposedly, their goal is to have a top ten coaches list who are successful college football coaches (not high school nor pro). They have been in contact with a few alums to contribute for a buyout of Weis if needed. The real shocker is that Notre Dame is ready to pull the trigger on ousting Weis BEFORE the 2008 season IF one of the top three will bite. Otherwise they will wait until after the 2008 season to decide. Yep, you heard it here first.....50% chance Weis is gone before the 2008 season! They don't want a repeat of the Willingham, O'Leary and Meyer fiascos. Change in the Notre Dame football program will come sooner rather than latter...

I'm a real ND fan and I felt like crying at times through the season that we just suffered through but I DO NOT BLAME WEIS entirely! Was he out on the field missing block after block after block? WE WILL BE BETTER THIS YEAR. AND NEXT YEAR THE MICHIGANS AND THE USCS AND ANY OTHER TEAM THAT STEPS ON THE FIELD WITH THE FIGHTING IRISH OF NOTRE DAME BETTER BRING A LUNCH BECAUSE IT WILL BE A VERY LONG DAY!! To all you haters, laugh it up and soak it in but ND will be back again!P.S.somebody needs to can the maker of this website! It's probably that so called analyst Mark"I DONT KNOW SHIT"May!!!!HAHAHAHA

Football is just a game

This team stinks. The O line stinks, the D line stinks, the offensive system stinks, these 5 star recruits stink! They can't tackle, can't block! Will we ever be good again? The way it looks at this time, I doubt it. If this team is the result of a top 5 recruiting class, then we are in serious trouble. They're slow and they're small. Bad combination. USC will beat us by 50!

Niggers? You neandrerthal redneck hick...I'm white and I went to ND when we won our last championship...and I am DISGUSTED by SCUM like you..

ND Rules!!! Weis does not. He is a fat piece of sh*t that needs to go back to the pros. Oh, & to whoever posted about Willingham - no matter what color he is, he still couldn't get the job done either. Just like Weis, he needed to go.

Notre Dame always has and always will be an overhyped media darling. Why doesn't Notre Dame join that joke of a conference known as the Big Ten. That way you can mask your inability alongside Slohio State and Meeshegun. It is such a great feeling to know that the fraud has been exposed.

Regards from the SEC

Notre Dame is getting exactly what it deserves. Tyrone Willingham stood for everything that Notre Dame supposedly stands for -- namely, putting academics first. Yet, he was still fired without getting to finish his contract. I hope the Golden No-Hopers are stuck with Charlie Cheeseburger for a long time. He was winning only with players that Willingham recruited. He can't coach or recruit.

Notre Dame made a bad decision with
Charlie Weis. The real problem with Notre Dame started with Saint Mary's and the female power revolution. They thought to much emphasis was put on the football team. They wanted and got what they wished for and Notre Dame may never be a national football power again.

Yeah, I know this seems to easy of an answer, but I think it is a hidden truth that can be proved if looked at honestly.

Well all at N.D. should get used to watching female soccer and bad mitten, because at N.D. women rule and men's football is no-longer relevant.

Big Time Division One, College football has passed notre dame by. It 's going to take more than a new coach to change that program. It is going to take soul searching from alumni, the school administration and the athletic department. otherwise, there will continue to be mediocrity.and notre dame will be in danger of turning into a glorified ivy league football school with a TV contract and name only

to the sad human being who used the word "nigger", please get a life and get it quickly. the world is passing you by. This is a forum for sports, but poision of your hate destroys everything you say and do. Now you look like a coward and an idiot. Besides, it wasn't just a black coach that failed at ND, it was others before and after him. you're a coward, and a liar.

Charlie has pissed off members of the Notre Dame administration and other coaches a lot. He spent hours telling you how good he is and when it comes down to a game, we will beat the Irish for the next decade with our second stringers if chubby stays. Regards, Pete Carroll

Can't any of you ND fans realize that your team is living in its past. You are not and never will be an elite College Football power again.

You are a 2nd, maybe 3rd tier team at best.

Grow a set, get into a conference, and earn your way into the BCS, instead of hoping for a less-than-three-loss season to get there.

Pathetic losers.
